Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Installation Technicians with proven experience in architectural film installation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of delivering top-quality work with minimal supervision. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Tint USA’s high standards and customer satisfaction while supporting growth in key NC markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation of various architectural films, including solar control, safety/security, decorative, and specialty films on glass and other surfaces

• Accurately measure, cut, and apply films to meet project specifications

• Interpret installation diagrams, blueprints, and customer requirements

• Ensure each installation meets quality standards and project deadlines

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment at all job sites

• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and internal teams

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns on-site

• Travel to job sites within the NC region as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural film or window tint installation

• Strong knowledge of film types, tools, and industry best practices

• Ability to handle complex installations with precision and care

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required)

• Willingness to travel within the NC and surrounding markets
