Job description

We're hiring a shade installer to join our team in Madison. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role installing roller shades in commercial and residential spaces around the area.

What you'll do:

  • Show up on time and ready to work
  • Install roller shades according to plans and direction from the lead installer
  • Work indoors on active job sites
  • Handle tools, ladders, and shade hardware safely
  • Keep work areas clean and organized

What we're looking for:

  • Reliable, on time, and takes direction well
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and working from ladders
  • Able to lift and carry materials throughout the day
  • Prior installation or construction experience is a plus but not required, we'll train the right person
  • Valid driver's license
