**Installation Crew Lead

Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Thursday, 7:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM**

Friday Off (Overtime as Needed)

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both shop work and field installation and wants to grow into a leadership role.

You'll help lead installation projects, coordinate jobsite activities, support fabrication efforts in the shop, and ensure projects are completed safely and professionally. This position offers a clear path toward Lead Installer or Project Manager opportunities.

What You'll Do Field Installation & Customer Support
  • Lead and support awning and shade installations at residential and commercial job sites
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
  • Use power tools and installation equipment to complete projects efficiently
Shop Fabrication & Preparation
  • Assist with assembly, fabrication, and preparation of awning and shade products
  • Install and fit fabric onto frames for finished products
  • Support packaging, staging, and loading of materials for upcoming installations
  • Collaborate with shop and installation teams to meet project deadlines
