Join us as a IT Tech Lead - B2B CRM Solutions (m/f/d) in one of our dynamic, cross-functional teams that are organized around our business processes. You'll be the owner of SAP backend processes for the developing Tchibo business online shop.


In this role, you'll be technically responsible for the completion and going live of the MVP implementation within the current architecture using SAP OMF, SAP CRM (on premise) and SAP S4/HANA Retail (on premise) as the central systems. Afterwards, you'll transition the technical processes into a future-proof architecture. You'll act as a sparring partner for the business, prioritizing business requirements and technical adjustments.

This position is located in Bucharest, Romania. 

  • The ITB-RS team is responsible for application operation and further development of B2B business applications.
  • Taking responsibility for the operation and further development of SAP backend processes.
  • Development of the MVP architecture and GoLive of the webshop - transfer of the MVP architecture in coordination with a parallel internal project to replace the legacy landscape around SAP CRM on premise for B2C.
  • Developing, enhancing and ensuring the operation of the SAP backend part.
  • Pre-analysis and management of incidents - managing service providers and developers and monitoring the budget.
  • Coordination with internal team colleagues and the parallel project to replace the legacy landscape around SAP CRM on premise for B2C to uncover synergies, dependencies and resolve conflicts.
  • Coordination with the business to evaluate business requirements and prioritize against technical requirements.
  • Promote an agile culture and mindset within the team.
Your profile: You keep reinventing us.
  • You have a successful university degree focused on IT or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least 4 years of project experience in the IT field, particularly in SAP CRM on premise (preferably in conjunction with S/4HANA, OMF and CX applications).You've gained multiple years of experience in an agile project environment.
  • Your strengths include conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured working style. You are eager to demonstrate responsibility and ownership in your work, with a hands-on mentality that drives you forward.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
