Position Summary:


Bodorlaser Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Spare Parts Operations Specialist to support our North American spare parts business. This role is responsible for inventory planning, spare parts order management, online store administration, warehouse operations, and data analysis to ensure efficient spare parts availability and an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 


Key Responsibilities:


Spare Parts Planning (20%)
  • Develop and maintain inventory and replenishment plans for the U.S. subsidiary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand based on sales trends and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with headquarters to optimize inventory availability and minimize shortages.
Spare Parts Order & Process Management (30%)
  • Coordinate and track spare parts orders from request through delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or supply issues.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and headquarters to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the order process.
Online Store Administration (20%)
  • Manage the company's online spare parts store and back-end system.
  • Maintain product information, pricing, inventory status, and promotional content.
  • Monitor online orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer purchasing experience and online operations.
Warehouse Operations (30%)
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to collaborate effectively with our headquarters in China.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform routine warehouse activities, including lifting and moving packages as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in spare parts management, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience in Inside Sales, Order Management, Customer Service, or Operations.
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, WMS, or inventory management systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or automation industries is a plus.
