Join our dynamic team as a Spare Parts Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Leverage your skills in SAP and inventory management to drive efficiency and accuracy, while collaborating with various departments to resolve shipment issues and manage backorders. If you're passionate about maintaining strong customer relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships by providing accurate quotes and efficiently fulfilling orders. The role requires tracking orders, managing backorders, processing invoices, and resolving shipment issues, while ensuring accuracy through collaboration with expediting personnel.
This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $20.11 - $22.10 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma/ GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or parts-related role.
  • Previous experience with SAP or a similar software.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management or similar field.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking and management tools.
  • Experience coordinating international shipments and communicating with foreign suppliers.
