We are seeking a Call Center Sales Associate to join our team! A Great Opportunity for Experienced Sale Professionals For an Authorized AT&T Call Center You will be responsible for closing sales.

Position Description: Acquire new customers in pre-determined territories. Prepare and execute customer sales application and arrange delivery. Responsible for meeting predetermined sales objectives. responsible for performing all work-related tasks in compliance with company policy.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Position requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:
