Job description

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

ย Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.ย 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
  • Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
  • Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American
  • Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
  • Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
  • Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
  • Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
  • Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
  • Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests

This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:15 am - 9:30 pm.
