Job description

Salary: Depends on Experience

We are looking for a special individual to join our Spa Coordinator Front Desk Team. Job responsibilities include scheduling appointments in person and via phone calls, educating guests on spa and salt spa services, selling spa services, retail (including clothing, skin and body care) and gift cards.


The ideal candidate is proficient in working with people, handling money, has retail, point of sale and scheduling computer skills and prefers to stand and move around for most of a work shift. Because we have a focus on Wellness, we prefer a wellness-minded individual with a healthy, energetic attitude.


Part-Time position working 25+ hours available. Current shift available: Mon 2:45 - 8:00 pm; Tues 1:30 - 8:30 pm; Wed 1:30 - 8:30 pm; Thurs 2:45 - 8:00 pm; Every Other Sat 12:30 - 5:30 pm.


Once your shift schedule is established, you would be on a regular weekly schedule so you can plan your work-life balance in a healthy way. Pay is dependent upon experience.
