SUMMARY
The Spa Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and successful daily operation of the spa. This position supports the Spa Director, Assistant Spa Director, and Spa Operations Managers by providing operational oversight, leading team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. The Spa Supervisor serves as a role model for employees while fostering a collaborative, guest-centric, and engaging work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversight of the spa operation in the absence of and in partnership with the Spa Director, Spa Assistant Director and Spa Operations Managers
• Leading the support team and service providers towards a successful daily operation
• Leading the spa support team through timely coaching and counselling
• Managing guest experiences for success
• Leading by example of efficiency, service, cleanliness and sanitation for the spa front desk colleagues, spa locker attendants, and spa coordinator team
• Assistance with spa retail sales and spa incentives
• Scheduling of the support team
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred though not required.
• Previous experience working in a spa environment is preferred though not required
