All employees, including management, will participate daily in the needs of the wash site. This includes, but not limited to, Loading Cars, Prepping Cars, Dumping Trash, Sweeping Parking Lot, Selling Memberships, Assisting Customers in The Vacuum Area, Pay Station, Office, Tunnel Cleaning, Trench and Pit Cleaning, and any other area of cleaning or customer interaction as necessary.
Assistant Site Manager - Will support the Site Manager with their responsibilities. Will personally ensure that the Company's Core Purpose and Core Values are demonstrated when the Site Manager is not present at the location. Will participate in all Company Directives and Support any Company change that may occur from time to time. Will participate in any Company lead training/workshops to develop their abilities.

Requirements:
Assistant Site Manager - As an Assistant Site Manager you will be given the opportunity to develop your leadership skillset while also being a member of a dynamic team who gives our customers a best-in-class Wash and Superior Customer Service Experience. To qualify for the Assistant Manager Position you do have to be a Full-Time Associate.
• Provide Support for the Site Manager with all Site Manager Responsibilities.
• Provide one on one feedback weekly to Team Members with Site Manager Oversight.
• Assist with Site schedule preparedness.
• Perform Crew Member Tasks Daily.
