Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for Dry Trimmers to join our DAY SHIFT team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, detail oriented, proactive, motivated, and able to beat deadlines and set records. This entry level role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies.

Must be a positive team player of strong morale character to join our team of champions! First and foremost we are an accepting and inclusive group who loves cannabis and know how to work hard, work together and achieve results!

SHIFT:

Monday - Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm

NO WEEKENDS!

1st SHIFT

PAY:

$16/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room.
  • Keeping up with Company daily shift quotas
  • Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis
  • Effectively remove sugar leaf and stems from product
  • Occasionally assist other departments with harvest trimming
  • Responsible for maintaining quality products
  • Be aware of different strains of cannabis being processed in room, and being mindful of cross contamination
  • Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No experience necessary
  • Will train the right candidate
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.
  • Bending, twisting and lifting is required
  • Small repetitive hand/wrist movements required
  • Sitting or standing for long periods of time
