We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team at The Core For Relationship Healing, located in Hialeah, Florida. As an LMHC, you will engage with clients to provide comprehensive mental health care, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborative relationships to foster individuals' healing journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to meet regulatory standards and enhance clinical accountability.
  • Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, ensuring effective communication with state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and participating in ongoing supervision sessions.
  • Participate actively in the clinic's licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to quality assurance frameworks.
  • Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and philosophy within the community, fostering relationships with local, state, and federal organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid and independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Florida.

Preferred Experience
