What You'll Do:
  • Craft high-quality sushi using precise techniques and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every Guest.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times.
  • Continuously learn and master new skills, techniques, and station responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Prepare and plate sushi according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift.
  • Execute fish-cutting and rolling techniques with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Communicate with teammates and expo to prioritize orders and minimize remakes.
  • Mentor and support teammates, providing constructive feedback and assistance.
  • Represent Sora professionally, demonstrating poise, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
