Job description

Greener Solutions is looking for a Call Center & Dispatch Supervisor to lead our front-line team, maximize booking rates, and keep our technicians’ schedules full and efficient. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly drives company growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and coach customer service reps (CSRs) and dispatchers
  • Manage call center operations and assist with dispatch scheduling
  • Turn incoming calls into booked appointments and revenue
  • Manage call volumes for outbound calling to attain new bookings
  • Monitor call quality, booking rates, and team performance
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism
  • Assist with outbound calls to fill the schedule when needed
  • Track KPIs like call volume, booking rate, and response times
  • Improve systems, scripts, and workflows for better performance
  • Report weekly results and performance insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience call centers, managing call centers, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Performance-driven mindset (metrics, goals, accountability)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred but not required experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus
