Job description

Description
About Coralogix
Coralogix is a full-stack observability and security platform built for modern engineering teams that need real-time visibility at scale.
Our platform brings together logs, metrics, traces, security events, infrastructure, Kubernetes, applications, and user experience in one place. With a no-index architecture and in-stream analytics, Coralogix helps customers reduce cost, retain more data, and troubleshoot faster without compromising scale or performance.
We are looking for technical sellers who can help customers understand the value of a different approach and prove it in real-world environments.
Location: Dallas, TX
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in office
Compensation: $220,000 to $250,000 OTE
The Role
We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our Dallas pre-sales team.
This is a senior, hands-on technical sales role. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments.
During evaluations, you will be expected to do more than present the platform. You will act as the technical owner, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across their environment. You need to be credible with engineers, confident with executives, and capable of moving between architecture, code, configuration, and business value.
This role is for someone who can earn trust in technical conversations and help drive deals to a strong technical close.
What You'll Do
  • Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria.
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.
  • Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
  • Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
  • Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.
  • Explain Coralogix's architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how we win.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work.
  • Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes.
  • Ability to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.
  • Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact.
  • Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.
  • Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
  • Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment.

Technical Experience
Relevant experience may include:
  • Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • OpenTelemetry
  • Prometheus
  • Docker
  • APM and distributed tracing
  • Log analytics and telemetry pipelines
  • SIEM or security monitoring
  • Infrastructure monitoring
  • RUM
  • Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation
  • CI/CD workflows
  • Application instrumentation and debugging

What Success Looks Like
The best Solutions Engineers at Coralogix are not just strong presenters. They are technical owners.
They can uncover pain, define success, build a validation plan, and prove value in the customer's environment. They are hands-on enough to earn credibility with practitioners and commercially aware enough to help move opportunities forward.
They know when to go deep, when to simplify, when to challenge, and when to escalate.
Why Join Coralogix
Observability is changing fast. Data volumes are growing, budgets are under pressure, and teams are rethinking the platforms they rely on.
Coralogix gives customers a different path: real-time analytics, open standards, strong security and observability use cases, and an architecture designed for scale.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a central role in strategic evaluations, competitive opportunities, and the technical decisions that help customers choose Coralogix.
Compensation and Benefits
The on-target earnings range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, and work location.
Our total rewards package includes healthcare, dental, mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid sick time, and paid time off.
Coralogix is an equal-opportunity employer. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
Cultural Fit
We're seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Coralogix is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
