Job Summary
Acuity is embarking on a multi-year enterprise transformation, shifting from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. We are seeking a Director, Fusion Solution Delivery to lead the technical execution and solution architecture of our ERP transformation across Finance (Record to Report) and Supply Chain ( Order to Cash). This role will be instrumental in ensuring that Oracle Fusion is configured and deployed in a scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned manner.
You will serve as our internal Oracle Fusion expert, guiding how we leverage the platform, validating external partner recommendations, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends hands-on delivery, architectural oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into the leader of our Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for long-term platform stewardship.
This Director will partner closely with our Finance and Operations product leaders who will continue to lead business processes and requirements across key domains like Record to Report, Procure to Pay, etc. Together, this team will drive a successful rollout and adoption of Oracle Fusion across the enterprise.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Own Solution Delivery for Oracle Fusion: Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules across Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business needs, and best practices.
  • Act as Fusion Platform Authority: Serve as the in-house expert on Oracle Fusion Cloud-owning platform capabilities, constraints, extensibility, and roadmap alignment.
  • Validate and Guide Vendor Work: Review and challenge system integrator (SI) and Oracle partner designs. Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, efficient, and in line with long-term platform strategy.
  • Architect and Deliver Key Integrations: Oversee end-to-end design of integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding systems (e.g., legacy ERPs, GEP Smart, Salesforce, Data Warehouse).
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership: Partner with functional product managers to translate business requirements into practical and effective Fusion-based solutions.
  • Platform Governance and Configuration Oversight: Define standards for Fusion configuration, data structures (e.g., chart of accounts), and module usage across the enterprise.
  • Drive Solution Quality: Ensure proper testing, documentation, and transition to support for all solution components.
  • Build Toward a Fusion COE: Help define the long-term delivery model for Oracle Fusion post-implementation, including platform governance, support, enhancements, and optimization.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Engineering preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or implementation leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain).
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion data structures, workflows, configurations, and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and SIs, ensuring delivery aligns with enterprise needs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving IT, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • End-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation experience in a global or multi-segment organization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models for ERP transformation.
  • Prior experience helping build or run a Center of Excellence (COE) for ERP or cloud platforms.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-heavy environments.

Travel Requirements
The range for this position is $173,600.00 to $334,800.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
