Director of AI Solutions & Delivery
Key Focus Areas / Must-Have Qualifications
1. Enterprise AI Delivery Leadership (Most Important)

  • 7+ years leading AI, Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.
  • Proven track record delivering AI solutions from concept/intake through production deployment and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience moving AI initiatives beyond proof-of-concepts into scalable operational solutions.

2. AI & Machine Learning Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Machine Learning (ML)
    • Predictive Analytics
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Responsible AI and AI Governance
  • Experience overseeing the AI lifecycle, including deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

3. Leadership & Team Management

    • Analytics Teams
