Job Description Solutions Delivery Manager - Production Planning, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Provide SAP functional and technical expertise in the Production Planning functional area and in key integration points across SAP modules and technical components. Document fit/gap analysis and key design decisions.

Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunities. Serve as technical expert in given process area and leverage knowledge of key integration points across different modules and technical components.

Conduct system demonstrations, trainings and provide job-aid documentation to enhance business capabilities. Forecast QM resource capacity needs. Share knowledge and mentor junior level personnel.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Business, Engineering (any), or a related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience.Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: SAP solution implementation in one or more modules, such as SAP Production Planning, SAP Materials Management, and/or SAP Manufacturing Execution;Dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Production/Manufacturing; andData migration activities required to deploy an integrated solution.Must have completed a minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments.Must have participated in at least one global ERP project/program implementation.Telecommuting permitted.To apply, mail resume to: Christina Hetzer, ADM; PO BOX 1470, Decatur, IL62525 (reference: KY0124).Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
