Role: Gutter Installation Sales/Solutionist

Imagine a sale where most of the leads are company generated, the client calls you and NEEDS your services within the next few weeks. We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated salesperson. You will receive commission, a company car and more. You get to meet lots of new people every day using a no-pressure, education-based sales process.
Compensation (Commission-Based):

  • 7% commission on jobs from company-provided leads
  • 10% commission on self-generated leads
Performance Bonus (Collected Sales):

  • $7,500 bonus when you exceed $1,000,000 in annual collected sales
  • Additional $7,500 bonus when you exceed $1,250,000 in annual collected sales
Company vehicle provided for work appointments (no need to use your personal car for estimates).
