Now Hiring: Solutionist (a.k.a. Gutter Problem Solver & People Helper)
Full-Time | Base + Commission + Bonuses | Career Growth Built In
Location: Tyler - East Texas and surrounding areas
This isn't your average sales gig
And we're not looking for your average salesperson.
At The Brothers that just do Gutters - East Texas, we're building something different. We're not into pushy closers, fast talkers, or ego-driven know-it-alls. We're looking for the opposite - someone who's naturally upbeat, loves connecting with people, and finds genuine joy in helping homeowners solve problems. If you're the kind of person who wakes up ready to win the day, this might just be the role you've been waiting for.
So what is a Solutionist?
At our company, we don't believe in cookie-cutter sales reps. A Solutionist is someone who:
  • Listens first, recommends second
  • Takes pride in solving problems, not just quoting prices
  • Believes customer service and kindness are part of the deal
  • Knows how to work hard, stay humble, and have fun doing it

You'll be meeting with homeowners across the Tyler - East Texas area, offering gutter solutions that actually make their lives better, and building real trust along the way. You'll have paid leads sent your way (no cold calling here), plus the chance to chase a few leads of your own and really stack your commissions.
What You Get:
  • Base salary + commission (earnings grow fast with performance)
  • Monthly bonuses/kickers for hitting or exceeding your goals
  • Gas card + monthly vehicle stipend
  • Company sales car after 3 months (yep - no more miles on your personal ride)
  • Weekly team meetings that actually help you improve, not just fill time
  • Monthly sales trainings to sharpen your skills and help you grow
  • Hands-on training opportunities in New York, Georgia, or San Antonio with top-performing Brothers teams
  • 1-on-1 mentorship from our national training director, Mario Capodiferro
  • Access to proven, million-dollar sales solutions from high-performing Solutionists across the country

A clear path for advancement into leadership - if that's your goal.
This is for you if:
  • You have some sales experience (or strong instincts and drive to learn)
  • People describe you as upbeat, outgoing, and trustworthy
  • You're the first one to help a neighbor - and mean it
  • You love working toward goals and get fired up by progress
  • You're self-motivated but also enjoy being part of a solid team

This is not for you if:
  • You think you already know everything
  • You just want a paycheck and don't care much about people
  • You don't like to be coached or held accountable
  • You're too cool to high-five after a win

We've built a culture that's positive, team-driven, and focused on getting better every week. This role is more than a job - it's a launchpad for growth. If you're looking for a place where you can learn, level up, and be genuinely proud of your work, we'd love to meet you.
Sound like a good fit? Apply now and show us what you've got
