Location: Little Elm - Frisco, TX
Job Type: Full-time
About Us
The Brothers that just do Gutters is not your typical contractor. We are a franchise system with a singular purpose: "To reinvent contractor service". We don't just sell gutters; we provide the ultimate solution to water drainage problems for educated property owners.
Our culture is built on core values of Appreciation, Communication, Education, Excellence, Leadership, Reputation, and Honesty. We believe in investing in our employees and providing a clear path for career growth.
The Role: What is a Solutionist?
We do not use titles like "salesman" or "estimator." You are a Solutionist. Your goal is to provide the ultimate solution to every problem presented by a client.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our "Pledge" and ensuring their experience is educational, professional, and distinct from any other contractor they have met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source & Close: Develop sales strategies to attract new clients, source new sales opportunities, and close sales to achieve personal and team quotas.
  • "Get the Sale": Utilize various sales methods including door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, and networking to generate business.
  • Consultative Selling: Evaluate client needs, identify their "pain," and build productive, long-lasting relationships based on trust and education.
  • Networking: Actively attend weekly networking events (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, BNI) to build a deep referral network and become a household name in the territory.
  • Pipeline Management: Research accounts, generate leads, and maintain/expand the client database within your assigned territory using our CRM.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments and refine your skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of Proven outside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must. You must be able to "mirror" homeowners and build rapport quickly.
  • Tech Savvy: Competency with computers and experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceBridge).
  • Availability: Must be willing to work Monday through Saturday and be available for evening appointments at least 3 nights per week to accommodate client schedules.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, driven, and possessing a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base of $400 per week plus commission. The average salesperson makes between $1,000 and $2,200 per week.
  • Earning Potential: High-performing Solutionists have the potential to sell over $ 1 million+ annually and earn 7-10% of their total sales.
  • Tools: We provide the training, systems, and branded apparel (professional polos/dress shirts) to set you up for success.
Why Join Us?
We are the only gutter franchise investing in employees to ensure a positive experience. If you are tired of feeling underappreciated and want a career with a defined path for success, The Brothers that just do Gutters is the place for you.
