Now Hiring: Gutter Sales Solutionist (Commission Only)

We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Gutter Sales Solutionist to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position that is self generated with strong earning potential for the right candidate. As we continue to expand our fleet this year, we are seeking someone who wants to grow with us and be part of a fast-moving company. This position is a door to door or self generated commission only position if you are not comfortable doing this then please do not apply. Leads will NOT be provided.
Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience required
  • Gutter industry experience preferred (exterior sales experience acceptable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate gutter and exterior needs
  • Walk customers through their concerns and provide professional solutions
  • Prepare estimates and close sales
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Manage leads and follow up with potential customers
