SAP SD Global Lead is a position within the corporate Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) SAP team and this position will be key to driving test management and execution of all Projects at Apple.
Description
The successful candidate will work with Apple Business, Functional, Technical (Automation, Performance, multiple platform ) teams across regions, as well as external business partners and other 3rd parties in other time zones.
This close collaboration is key to resolve, recommend and implement scalable & robust test management solutions, following Apple’s own software development, test and project management methodologies and guidelines.","responsibilities":"Seamless integration of SAP SD to front end (B2B e-Commerce, Apple Online Store (AOS), Point of Sale (POS), Apple Care and other back-end solutions (SAP Retail, Data Warehouse).
Working closely with teams (both SAP and other IS&T teams) during design and implementation of SAP SD functionalities to support different Apple businesses across the customer channels.
Performing functional and technical analysis of the requirements and propose appropriate design/technical solution and support level of effort, scoping and handle change requests.

Define scope and gather business requirements.
Coordinate with project PM or Track leads to ensure that resources, budget, and timeline are adequate.

Apply SAP ECC/S4 HANA Sales and SAP BTP to implement the end-to-end solution.
Implement interfaces across various IS&T and partner systems - applying one or more of the various technologies frameworks like RFC, Webservices, EAI, Geneva and SoA.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Pricing Management, and E2E Integration with CRM, MM and FICO, Testing skills
Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc.
Strong and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization and ability to operate in different time zones.
Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast paced, high-pressure environment and drives issues to root cause.
Extensive experience working on SD interfaces
Payment’s processing (including credit cards, loans, wire transfer, and mobile payments)
Third party Sales processing
GenAI experience and Automation tools usage is a plus
Service Management, Repair process & Condition Contract Management
Experience in APO
Abap code walk through and debugging
Problem solving - Logical approach to analyze issues
Minimum Qualifications
6 years of experience in OTC business process, SAP SD configuration and development
6 years of expertise in S/4 HANA
6 years of experience in SAP Functional Hands on experience and managing complex cross functional projects.
At least one full life-cycle implementation of SAP OTC related project for a global, multi-national corporation.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
