Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and collaboration platforms, as well as experience with budgeting and risk management systems, is vital. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities help drive teams and manage stakeholder expectations. These skills ensure that complex solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Who earns more, PM or PMO?

Generally, Project Managers (PMs) tend to earn higher salaries than PMOs because they are responsible for individual projects, budgets, and teams, while PMOs oversee multiple projects and strategic alignment.
