  • Partner with Finance and leadership to maintain fiscal discipline
  • Provide visibility into cost impacts associated with scope or timeline changes

5. Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Provide structured, transparent reporting to executive stakeholders

6. Governance & Process Discipline

  • Apply project management best practices aligned to PMBOK or comparable frameworks
  • Adapt methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs
  • Ensure project artifacts are complete, documented, and auditable
  • Promote consistency and repeatability across initiatives

  • Provide portfolio-level visibility across active initiatives
  • Identify resource conflicts and cross-project dependencies
  • Support leadership in prioritization decisions based on capacity, risk, and strategic impact
  • Continuously refine project governance processes to improve predictability and transparency

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience operating without a formal PMO and establishing project governance practices
  • Experience delivering complex technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital platform environments preferred
