Job Summary

The Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support the awareness and adoption of residential HVAC equipment and digital products. They will partner closely with equipment and digital product management teams and our Product Growth Teams from product inception to launch employing marketing strategies and tactics to reach target audiences. The Solutions Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams, sales, insights and customer experience to align on metrics and design launch strategies to fulfill each product's growth targets. This role requires strong institutional awareness, a technical aptitude, excellent communication and collaboration, and the ability to implement broad-reaching strategies with associates and customers. This Solutions Marketing Manager will further our Equipment and Digital technology adoption strategies in a dynamic HVAC market influencing both distribution, contractor and homeowner buying decisions.

  • What you will do:

  • Product Development Collaboration:Collaborate with digital products and equipment product management teams throughout the product development process to develop integrated marketing strategies that deliver on business growth goals.
  • Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that are aligned with the integrated marketing plan and strategic business goals to drive increased revenue for products and systems.
  • Value Proposition Articulation:Develop strong value propositions across the portfolio and effectively articulate Residential HVAC's Digital Product and Equipment product value propositions to channel partners, sales teams, and dealers to drive adoption post-launch.
  • Metrics and Reporting:Identify and drive key metrics around product launch, adoption, and engagement. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing executions tied to business results, new product introductions, and account-level performance via established metrics and dashboards.
  • Commercialization:Ensure market activation and strong value proposition development of products and offerings through the value chain.
  • Optimization and Improvement:Lead optimization of product marketing plans by analyzing programs and recommending year-over-year improvement plans.
  • Competitor Analysis:Monitor and understand competitors' offerings and positioning, including product, placement, messaging, and digital strategies.
  • Relationship Cultivation:Cultivate strong relationships within marketing, customer experience, product management, sales, partners, and other areas of the organization. Support a 2-way feedback loop and accelerate adoption across dealers and homeowners.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of integrated marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar
  • Exceptional people and communication skills, creativity and team leadership
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and execution in a complex (matrix) business environment
  • Experience in working with an agile product development process
  • Deep understanding of marketing and adoption metrics
  • A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high performance environment
  • 30% Travel within the US; May be greater seasonally
