Job description

Advantage Tech is searching for a Solution Design Owner to join their team based out of De Soto, KS.
Role Description:
• Owning global solution design to fulfill business needs originating from operating model(s) based on industry best practices and out-of-box functionalities in ERP & surrounding systems
• Focus areas: Supply Chain Management
• Owning solution design documentation and technical specifications therefore a considerable technical competence will be required to ensure the company has a robust solution.
• Facilitating the solution design work including architecture in own solution area
• Driving and supporting solution implementation in both projects and in continuous improvement based on the business priorities
• Driving standardization where feasible and minimizing global / local variants to where variance is needed to address genuine business differences
• Monitoring product roadmaps and quarterly upgrades to identify new capabilities valuable for Huhtamaki business or allowing process improvements, and with respective Global Process Owners, proactively proposing them to be applied
• Contributing to solution support & change request process as needed
• Contributing to competency development and training of the process network and specialists in the process area
