• Conduct detailed clinical assessments for new patients, utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Maintain precise and updated clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other social workers, to provide coordinated, holistic care to clients.
• Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to enhance treatment methodologies and improve clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• You must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas to practice.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specifically in psychotherapy is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
