Position Overview: The Solutions Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical guidance to clients on leveraging Blue Yonder's software solutions to meet their business needs. This role requires a blend of domain expertise, in-depth technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, sales, and product teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder's solutions.
Scope:
  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients, helping them to understand and implement Blue Yonder's supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support business development activities.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize the value of Blue Yonder's products.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Blue Yonder solutions, providing insights and best practices.

  • Use of cloud-based platforms and AI-driven technologies.
  • Engagement with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and international clients.

What you'll do:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes and recommend appropriate Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and workshops to highlight the benefits of Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients to ensure continued success and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base.

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions advisory, consulting, or a similar role within the supply chain management software industry.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply chain management software products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior management and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

The annual salary for this position is $114,103.81 - $143,896.18
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
