We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A. The Financial Analyst is a key partner for all functions of the business, providing visibility and decision support to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Acts as key partner to business functions; uses knowledge of finance and relationships with other areas to drive financial literacy throughout the company.
Developing and maintaining financial models.
Monitoring KPIs and identifying the cause of any unexpected variances.
Improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
Providing finance support to teams related to sales, production, demand planning, supply planning, HR, and other business functions.
Identifying business drivers and recommending solutions to improve results.
Create management reports and associated commentary by working across functions and using multiple data sources.
Create financial/business scenarios to inform decision making.
Work with cross-functional teams on process improvement and other projects.
Complete other role-appropriate tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting within manufacturing or renewable energy companies a plus, internships in related fields also apply.
CPA, CMA, MBA is a plus.
Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability and enthusiasm to work within a fast-paced, culturally diverse team.
Strong learning agility and adaptability.
