Inside Quote Specialist:
Interface with customers to identify and provide appropriate materials and or services to satisfy project demands. Coordinate all aspects of communications internally and externally to supply product. Provide accurate estimates/ quotes for materials and/or services and subsequent follow- up to maintain superior customer satisfaction and appropriate inventory levels.
Quote Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interprets customer requirements and research solutions according to specifications.
  • Provides estimates/quotes to customer in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining an appropriate margin to the company.
  • Coordinates activities of customer request by prompt and accurate communication with outside suppliers, intercompany contacts and internal associates.
  • Harmonizes Field Services and other company projects to facilitate the conveyance of associated parts.

Education and/or Experience:
