Solar Operations Manager Jobs in Rochester, NY (NOW HIRING)

Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a motivated Operations & Manufacturing Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Student to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands‑on experience in operations and manufacturing, while actively contributing to interdisciplinary projects that directly support Qualitrol’s success.

• Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
• Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
• Support data analysis to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Provide production support in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in projects that directly contribute to operational excellence at Qualitrol.

• Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

• A 6-month immersive learning experience beginning Spring 2026.
• Hands‑on exposure to operations, manufacturing, and project management functions.
• Opportunity to apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges.
• Mentorship and professional development in a global industrial environment.
• This is a six-month cooperative education experience anticipated to begin in Fall 2026. Specific start and end dates are flexible and will be aligned with the selected candidate's university co‑op schedule and academic requirements.

The hourly salary range for this position (in local currency) is $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
