Job description

Global Land Partners, LLC is seeking qualified Land Agents in the Dallas, TX area to assist in the acquisition of solar leases. If you have a minimum of three years' experience in easement acquisition we would appreciate the opportunity to get to know you.


The Land Agent is the face of Global Land Partners, LLC and their clients; they will be in contact with the landowners, clients, and other external contacts, while representing our company. For this reason, many qualities are needed to be professional and proficient in their job.

Overview of Duties:

  • Represent the client while corresponding with the landowners, attorneys and various contractors.
  • Assist in the acquisition of renewable energy contracts, including solar and energy storage sites with multiple landowners.
  • Document all contact with landowners.
  • Communicate project details to Project Manager responsible for the project.

Education & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Land and Acquisition Agent for one or more of the following: Renewable Energy industry; Department of Transportation; Public Utility; Oil and Gas industry; or Real Estate.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate legal contract terminology to landowners in a clear and precise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects and communications between all parties involved to keep everyone up to date and informed.
  • Knowledge of the sequence of process to acquire easements and all legal terminology for negotiating easement contracts.
