Are you ready to make a difference in solar technology?
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support their development engineering team in a lab environment, focusing on testing and improving solar module efficiency and stability.
Reports To: Development Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct developmental tests, including sample preparation, fabrication, and testing.
  • Complete tests as scheduled and perform data entry for development tests.
  • Communicate any abnormal findings regarding products, equipment, or environment immediately.
  • Support engineering improvement projects and assist with additional tasks as needed.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and may train others.
  • Adhere to Environmental, Quality, and Safety policies.
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant technical experience.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to perform sample testing, semiconductor device fabrication and/ or electrical or measurements
  • Ability to troubleshoot process and equipment issues on the production line
  • Prior experience working with Perovskite device fabrication a plus
