About the Role

Solace is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Partnerships to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across the Americas. This executive role is pivotal in driving partner-sourced revenue, scaling joint go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening Solaces position as the partner of choice for enterprise-grade event-driven solutions.

What Youll Do

    • Partner Recruitment & Ecosystem Growth:Define and execute a North America partner strategy aligned with globalobjectives.Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact systems integrators (GSIs and regional SIs) and solution providers whose practices align with Solace's real-time data and agentic AI platform.
    • Business Development:Enable partners to build profitable Solace practices around real-time data, event-driven integration, and agentic AI. Drive joint selling, co-marketing, and partner-sourced pipeline growth across North America.
    • Operational Excellence:Implement scalable partner programs including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Align with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner engagement and execution.
    • Leadership & Enablement:Lead regional partner managers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Represent Solace at industry events and executive forums.

  • 5-10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise tech.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs across diverse geographies.
    Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
