• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health history, current challenges, and strengths.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and measurable outcomes, adapting interventions as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care and facilitate outcomes that align with best practices in mental health treatment.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that empower clients to share their experiences and foster peer support.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when required, assessing risk factors and developing appropriate responses to safeguard clients’ wellbeing.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of client records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to keep abreast of advancements in mental health treatment modalities.

As an LCSW at Solace Sanctuary Counseling, you will work with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. You will address a spectrum of mental health issues, understanding the unique challenges faced by each individual. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health struggles and guiding them toward recovery through tailored therapeutic strategies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a track record of providing effective therapies.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and familiarity with a variety of treatment approaches.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills that enable you to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience in addressing complex trauma and related disorders is highly valued.
