Now Hiring: Float Associate - Wellness Studio Host & Community Engagement Associate


Solace + Shades of Healing โ€” Uptown Columbus, GA

At Solace + Shades of Healing, we help people quiet the noise and reconnect with themselves through float therapy, energy work, and integrative wellness. We're looking for one or two dependable, warm, detail-oriented people to be the welcoming face and voice of our studio.

The Role
We're hiring for either:
- Two part-time associates, or
- One full-time + one part-time associate

Schedule
We're open every day except Tuesdays (closed for deep cleaning and maintenance).

- Morning shift: 9:30 AM โ€“ 2:30 PM
- Afternoon/Evening shift: 2:30 PM โ€“ 7:30 PM
- Sundays: 11:30 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM

(We'll finalize your specific days and shifts together based on availability and whether you're full- or part-time.)

What You'll Do
- Greet and check in guests, creating a calm, welcoming first impression
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Manage day-to-day social media โ€” posting, engagement, and responding to comments and DMs
- Support community engagement and local events
- Keep the studio running smoothly during your shift

Who You Are

- Comfortable with social media, both creating content and engaging an audience

Compensation
