Solace Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our expanding team in Miramar Beach, Florida. The work environment at Solace Health Services is structured yet flexible, designed to accommodate the needs of our mental health team while ensuring effective client care. As a remote position, you’ll manage your schedule primarily during business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend availability for client sessions as needed. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client mental health status and needs accurately.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to client preferences and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and treatment updates during regular case conferences.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities to further enhance therapeutic skills and interventions.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to their application in practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care frameworks or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
• Background in crisis intervention strategies and ability to manage high-stress client situations effectively.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems relevant to mental health care.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, alongside a potential sign-on bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
