• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and execute tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, incorporating measurable goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, implementing safety planning as appropriate to support clients in acute need.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups that foster community and healing.
