Solace Space Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position allows for remote work, providing an opportunity to offer vital mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Our dynamic remote working environment is structured to encourage effective communication and teamwork among staff members. Although you will work from home, you will engage frequently with clients through teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure and confidential platforms. The role may require flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate client schedules. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients during initial consultations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities best suited to the clients' needs.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health care, including attending workshops and pursuing continuing education courses.

The patients you will serve include individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Our clients often seek support during pivotal life transitions—be it coping with divorce, facing grief, or managing stress related to significant life changes. You will be pivotal in assisting them through these challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and promoting resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• A current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality therapy and counseling services, showcasing the capacity to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in using teletherapy tools and electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and approaches.
• Background in working with diverse populations, including various cultural and socio-economic contexts.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Solace Space Counseling Center offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
