Are you an inspiring Technology Software sales leader with a proven record of guiding teams to surpass ambitious organizational goals? Do you excel at coaching talented professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, and enabling high-performing teams to achieve their highest potential?

Oracle’s Government, Defense & Intelligence team seeks a dynamic Technology Software Sales Professional – Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and innovation across Oracle Software and broader Technology Cloud solutions for the U.S. Federal Civilian Agencies and other strategic customers. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, leading and coaching a team of technology software sales professionals, strengthening executive customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.

This is a hybrid position that involves 3 days a week in-office work and/or meetings at the client site. Candidates must be based in the greater Washington, DC area.
