Job Summary
The Sales Manager Level is responsible for proactively soliciting, establishing, and nurturing relationships with accounts across various market segments. This role involves prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities within an assigned territory to drive hotel revenue growth.

Education & Experience

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a to hotel or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree; or a 2-year degree and 1 or more year of related experience

• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheet software, and word processing programs is essential.

• Previous experience in similar position highly preferred.


Physical requirements:

• Extended work hours may be required occasionally.

• Light physical work: occasional exertion of up to 20 pounds of force, and frequent or constant exertion of up to 10 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
