Responsibilities
  • Guiding existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex transactions
  • Working with customers to resolve any issues which may prevent them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
  • Following up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present to the customer
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce to Sales/Renewals leadership
  • Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
  • Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
  • Maintain volume with high call and email volume daily

Qualifications
  • Passion for sales!
  • Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to create a great customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving experience
  • Knowledge of subscription models, Perpetual Support, SaaS, and cloud technologies is a plus
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, team focused environment with the ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
  • Previous experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
