Technical Product Implementation Specialist

Hybrid in Wilmington, DE

Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm
 Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused, solutions-driven Technical Product Implementation Specialist to join our Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) team. This role is central to the successful design, configuration, and delivery of CSC's SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management solutions.

You will be the primary project lead for clients implementing SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management - translating legal workflows into solution designs, driving adoption, and ensuring successful rollouts that reduce risk and unlock operational value for legal teams.

 Some of the things you will be doing:

Product Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management product implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Translate client business objectives and legal workflows into effective product configurations and implementation plans.
  • Guide clients through best practices for requirements intake, lifecycle management, reporting, and governance.
  • Provide client-facing, role-based product training to ensure user readiness, adoption, and ongoing self-sufficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management products, ensuring solutions align with platform capabilities and future scalability.

Project & Implementation Management

  • Own implementation projects from kickoff through post-launch stabilization, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, risks, and outcomes.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and status communications.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies, driving mitigation strategies and decision-making.
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high standard of delivery and attention to detail.

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact during implementation, building trusted relationships with legal operations, IT, finance, and outside counsel stakeholders.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions, status reviews, and executive updates with professionalism and clarity.
  • Set realistic expectations while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience and success.

Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement & Professionalism

  • Apply analytical and critical thinking to resolve implementation challenges and workflow constraints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, standardization, and client outcomes.
  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence when navigating ambiguity, technical complexity, or changing client needs.
  • Communicate with honesty and transparency, fostering trust with both clients and internal teams.
  • Represent CSC's values in every interaction, reinforcing confidence in the product and implementation approach.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and empathy throughout the client journey.


 What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Experience as a project manager or in product support is required
  • Experience working with clients in software implementation highly desired
  • Experience with Matter Management or Enterprise Legal Management is highly desired
