  • Serve as the primary partner contact in early stages, guiding onboarding and ensuring a smooth handoff to long-term account management
  • Monitor integration progress and identify technical, operational, or process-related obstacles, then work with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and realign plans when needed
  • Maintain detailed reporting and project documentation in salesforce, including status updates, meeting notes, risk indicators, and timeline impacts
  • Track partner activation outcomes against defined onboarding targets, including boarding 5 merchants or achieving $100k in monthly processing volume within the first 6 months of the relationship
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate technical workflows and operational processes, and recommend actions based on downstream business and implementation impacts.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary
Experience You'll Need To Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in implementation, partner onboarding, project management, or client-facing delivery within payments, financial technology, software integrations, or a related industry
  • 6+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects using project plans, timelines, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams
  • 6+ years of experience maintaining implementation reporting and pipeline records in salesforce or a similar customer relationship management platform
  • Experience supporting software or payment platform integrations by documenting requirements, tracking technical milestones, and coordinating issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing onboarding progress using measurable activation goals, status reporting, and risk indicators to support delivery outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, information systems, finance, technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience That Would Be Great To Have:

  • Experience supporting partner activation, merchant boarding, or revenue ramp objectives
  • Familiarity with sales-to-implementation handoff processes in a business-to-business software or payments environment
