Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for implementing all new clients. Leading the implementation process for all HRIS and Time & Attendance systems and products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all client-provided onboarding data is accurately collected, organized, and maintained to support a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Deliver responsive and knowledgeable assistance to clients experiencing issues or requiring guidance with software and hardware products.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding by ensuring all departments receive necessary client documentation and that relevant data is accurately entered into the HRIS system.
  • Connect with clients directly to provide training and support, as well as assist with any escalated tickets and issues
  • Manages projects related to Prism and related systems and other duties as necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in Prism is required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office software and applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi‐task and prioritize work in a fast‐paced environment
  • Attention to detail required
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

  • High School or equivalency required
  • Must have 1-2 years of implementation experience
