Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Purpose:

An engineering project manager is responsible for team coordination, budget oversight, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines throughout project's lifecycle.

Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
  • -Plan and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • -Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
  • -Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • -Manager project resources and liaise with Management Staff.
  • -Track project performance and make necessary corrections.
  • -Prepare and present reports on project progress.
  • -Manage risks and resolve any project issues.
  • -Travel, when necessary, is required for all applicable job-related activities and internal company functions within G3 Industries.
Project Sectors:
  • -Hydraulic fluid conveyance - combi lines, ac lines, brake lines, tubing
  • -Tube end forming (flaring, swaging, parflanging)
Education:
  • -Proven work experience as an Engineering Project Manager
  • -Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • -Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
