As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing application development teams to design, build, and deliver scalable software solutions while driving engineering excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Drive application design, development, and delivery using modern engineering practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and product teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure successful delivery of externally supported solutions.
• Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient execution of technology initiatives.
