In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize applications leveraging GIS technologies to process and analyze spatial data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop GIS software applications
• Integrate geospatial data into applications
• Develop and optimize spatial data algorithms
• Collaborate with teams to define project requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve GIS application issues
• Ensure GIS software meets performance and scalability requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Strong knowledge of spatial data formats (e.g., Shapefiles, GeoJSON)
• Experience with geospatial libraries and APIs (e.g., GDAL, OGR)
• Familiarity with spatial databases (e.g., PostGIS, Spatialite)
