Applications Development Analyst (C. Advanced) / Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

🕒 Contract Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Applications Development Analyst / Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to support enterprise application development for a major Florida public sector initiative. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting mission-critical applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on full stack developer with extensive experience in the Microsoft technology stack, modern JavaScript frameworks, Azure cloud services, REST APIs, and enterprise application development. This position requires someone who can own features from analysis through production support and thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of full stack application development experience
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and VB.NET
  • Extensive experience building enterprise web applications using React (preferred) or Angular/Knockout
  • Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and web services
  • Experience with Azure cloud services including application hosting, storage, identity, and integrations
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and responsive web design
  • Experience with Azure SQL Server, relational databases, Entity Framework, and data modeling
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and SDLC best practices
  • Experience performing application testing, deployment, production support, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud-native application development
  • Experience with Snowflake

  • Familiarity with Florida PALM, FLAIR, or other State of Florida financial systems
  • Experience mentoring developers and participating in architecture and code reviews
