Quick Overview: Our Real Estate Development team handles all elements of property acquisition, building development, and redevelopment. They work with government, municipalities, contractors, and other external and internal stakeholders to grow our portfolio of buildings and ensure we continue to meet the challenge of providing much needed affordable housing to the communities of Greater Victoria.

Reporting tothe Director of Real EstateDevelopment,theDevelopmentProjectManager oversees the planningand constructionof housing developmentprojects on behalf ofGVHS.Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limitedtooverseeing construction and design teams to create new housing,writingaffordable housing funding proposals, feasibilitystudies, andfacilitatedstakeholder engagementactivities.
