The Development Manager is a critical technical leader within the Product Operating Model (POM), accountable for building high-performing engineering teams and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. This role serves as the primary connector between Product Managers, Architects, and Developers to align technical execution with business outcomes.

  • Technical Expert: Proficient in modern engineering stacks, often requiring expertise in Java, Node.js, React, or Python, alongside distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP).Oracle PL/SQL and E-Business Suite (EBS) R12/R12.2 expertise.

  • Collaborative Communicator: Skilled at building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-155,000 CAD.
