Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Development

Location: Any SAP US Office

Expected Start Date: June/July 2026

Schedule: 20-40 HR/week

What you’ll do:

  • Support SAP’s Engineering, Construction, & Operations (Real Estate) Industry Business Unit team : Create and manage content, and handle daily business tasks to further the adoption of SAP solutions in the industry.

  • Conduct Market Research : Prepare data to support the evolution of our industry strategy.

  • Assist in Business Development Activities : This includes target list segmentation, internal coordination, meeting scheduling, follow-up, and tracking.

  • Coordinate with Partners and Internal Teams : Help accelerate the development of industry-specific applications on the SAP Cloud Platform.

  • Plan and Execute Global Customer Events: Grow our industry communities and gather customer feedback to improve our industry solutions and positioning.

In this role, you will support business development for our industries with the aim to support the team in their efforts to help customers digitize their business processes.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Develop and provide regular reporting for customer adoption, pipeline, references

  • Support direct go to market programs for select applications, including marketing planning and execution, value proposition creation, customer/prospect target list creation and pursuits, including monitoring ongoing engagements and reporting progress

  • Support SAP’s Engineering, Construction & Operations Industry Business Unit team with producing reports, quarterly business reviews, presentations and other daily business tasks.

  • Interpret and analyze performance data.

  • Create executive summaries representing quarterly performance

  • Support with forecasting, minute-takings and distribution of meeting minutes & follow-up actions Support with data preparation for our Go-to-market strategy

  • Proactively identify opportunities and make suggestions for areas of improvement for optimization Support in Business Development activities, including but not limited to, prospect list preparation, internal coordination, meeting scheduling, follow-up and tracking

  • Coordinate with specific or group of partners, their customers and SAP internal teams, to help speed up the development process of industry specific applications on the SAP Cloud Platform

What You’ll Bring

  • Eligibility : Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

  • Highly skilled Microsoft Excel user, comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint with analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

  • Self-starter and agile

  • Collaborate with large group of people

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle high-pressure “Sales” environment Preferably some experience with SAP systems

  • Preferable some knowledge of the Professional Services, Construction, or Real Estate Industries

  • Passionate about Technology and working for the world’s largest ERP software company 6 months internship period

  • Leverage AI tools in creative ways to improve GTM programs
